Perfect and Correct. Create the perfect eyebrows with 3 steps: 
To tighten the eyebrows: apply some tint remover to a cotton ball and go along the newly tinted eyebrows. 
To lighten eyebrows: apply some tint remover to a cotton ball and go over the freshly painted eyebrows. 

To remove stains: wet a cotton ball well with the Color Corrector and remove the stains. Do not allow the Corrector to spill into areas that should not be removed.
