Method of application:degrease the skin with shampoo for eyebrows and eyelashes OKIS BROW, mix the cream tint with an oxidizing agent in a non-metallic container 1:1. Apply the coloring mixture evenly to the eyebrows. Wash off with OKIS BROW fixer after 15 minutes.
